Future home sellers. I plan to use it as a drop/value-add in neighborhoods to select homes that, based on statistics, are most likely to sell their home in the next year or so. I will also drop the book off to Expired listings (those that failed to sell). Ideally I would like to flip the book and add a rental section at the back of the book and oriented the other way that I would use for future home buyers. One can you read into from either side.

Createspace was required. Does this answer the question? I guess it could be an ebook as well but the main use is as an attention getter. Something people can see and feel that has high perceived value.

I have never asked for something like this so am open to creative suggestions. I hate traditional real estate marketing. It's bland and hackneyed. Tired. I hope that the fact it is a book will cause people to hang onto it (versus crappy flyers). I want it to get their attention yet not necessarily look the same as other real estate books. I want to be creative and memorable but not at the expense of the purpose.
I also want to say something like "Don't need this? Pass it on to someone that does! They'll thank you for it!" I'm thinking somewhere on the front cover. Bottom of the cover maybe?
