The book is called “Working Out Loud.”
Working out loud is working in an open, generous, connected way so you can build a purposeful network, become more effective, and access more opportunities.
The book will help people learn both what to do and how to do it. To put the ideas into practice, people are forming small support groups called working out loud circles.
The target audience is anyone who wants to increase their chances of finding meaning & fulfillment in their work and life.
Working out loud is a human process first and a technological one second. Think “Dale Carnegie meets the Internet.” In circles, people ask themselves 3 basic questions:
What am I trying to accomplish?
Who can help me?
What can I contribute to these people to deepen our relationship?
Then for 12 weeks they practice deepening relationships through a range of specific contributions.
Here are some short posts with more about the book and the peer support groups.
