My dad said all his dreams about the war were in sepia tone. So I'm giving you a picture of him to put in sepia tone.
Then the font should be messy, dirty, maybe even like a paintbrush stroke. He talks about how it was rainy and muddy and gloomy. Some fonts are different, but too hard to read, so make sure the title is bold and easy to read too.
There could be some blood spots on the cover too.

I think the picture of him would be best, but I am kind of open to another picture. But it should be in sepia. He did say how when people died, they turned gray right away. So he'd see pictures after the war and they were in sepia but the dead bodies would turn gray.
He also talks about how it rained and rained days on end where it was so muddly and gloomy.
I like the picture I've attached, but I'm not married to it. i like it because it shows the extreme stress on him. He talks about how people get a thousand yard stare from seeing too much where they look like not there and in shock.
