Descripción del libro
Kaitlin, the social pariah of her high school, is so relieved to have made friends at Camp Overlook—and to have caught the attention of a real, live, honest-to-goodness boy—that she is willing to look past the camp’s anomalies: creepy grey-eyed counselors, 24-hour video surveillance, and campers falling ill and then disappearing quietly into the night.
But when Kaitlin begins feeling strange symptoms herself, she can no longer pretend that Overlook is a run-of the-mill summer camp. She and her new friends must race to solve the mystery of Camp Overlook, even if it means facing some difficult truths and uncovering some painful family secrets, before she is the next camper to vanish.

Young adults, ages 12-19. While the protagonist is a female, my book should appeal to both genders.

Diseño de inspiración
I like the artsiness and colors of this.
I like the abstract feel of this. Great colors. I am open to this style.
I like how youthful this feels. Also, the font is great.

This book is a thriller with a sci-fi edge. It takes place at a summer camp in the Rocky Mountains and I would like the cover to somehow reflect that. The main character is 14 years old-- pretty, slender, freckled and has long, wavy, honey-colored hair. Her eyes are blue-green, but her irises should be rimmed in a murky gray color (as her eyes begin to change colors throughout the book). I do not need the main character on the cover, but I am open to it. I prefer an artistic rendering over a photograph. I like a modern, trendy font and have attached some covers that I am drawn to. I especially like the cover for "Danger to Herself and Others." This book has a dark subject matter, but is actually pretty playful too.
Lo que debe evitarse
This is my favorite. I like the font and the shrubbery. Maybe something like this with aspens or pine trees.
Crazy cool concept, I like font.
This is fun too. Maybe a pretty face (my character is 14), with her eyes starting to change gray. OR even have one eye gray and one eye blue/green. I like this font.
Something like this could be cool too, with a more mountain-with-a-lake feel. My main character's hair is long and wavy, maybe in a loose braid.
This is kind of a funny detail, but the main character's hair is like this. She also has light freckles. She is 14.
