We are the elite pioneer in the sales and marketing of prime new off-plan (under construction) international residential developments to the Asian high net-worth individuals for investment. The developments are mainly from UK 50%, and the other 50% projects from Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. We normally do a property exhibition launch in a 5 star hotel in city centre. We are a one-stop shop agency that assist the investor to acquire the property, recommend the solicitors to act for them, introduce the lender for their mortgage, put them in touch with the local agent for letting and managing, source for them the fully furnishing package, advise them which tax consultant to appoint for their tax return and sell for them when they have make a nice profit. I am the founder and CEO of this agency, my name is Richard Teoh from Singapore but I live in Hong Kong. I am the second most senior in the industry now. The first being my ex-colleague, who is a female, hence my agency name is King's International as she is known to be the Queen in the industry. I have 2 main target audiences. The first is the international residential project developer or builder their CEO and Sales Director whom I need to pitch from, so that they will appoint me to be their exclusive agency to launch their new development in Asia. They are developers from UK, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. The second is the high net-worth individuals from Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Indonesians, etc, mainly businessman, private bankers, doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs, accountant, who will look at the advertisement and come to my property exhibition in the local 5 star hotel and hopefully decided to invest in the property. Both group their age is between 30 to 60. The Asian HNWIs normally comes in as husband and wife or the whole family as this is a major decision for them to make.
