Typically, our clients are medium to big size companies ( 30 mio USD +) that sell their brands globally (e.g. food, cosmetics, printing machines, dental products). With the proliferation of brands and explosion of choice on the marketplace, it is more and more difficult for these companies to stand out and be visible to their customers. This leads them to losing market share, having to cut prices (and therefore profitability), etc.
Our solution to this challenge is the Stand Out System (executive programs and workshops) - we help these companies identify what makes them different. Typically, the outcome is a Brand Big Idea and an Action Plan to bring it to life across the business (communication, innovation, etc). At the end of the process, the team has clarity on what makes them special to their customers and what they need to do to stand out in a cluttered marketplace.
My core target is executives - CEOs and Chief Marketing Officers - mainly males 35+, informed, connected, very dynamic and looking for practical, sharp solutions to their challenges.
