The name of our organisation can be incorporated in the logo, but it is not essential. Our slogan can also be part of the logo, but we would prefer if they can be used separately (the slogan is Dutch and it means: "Working together on fair service provisions". The abbreviation of our organisation is OMA, which is Dutch for 'Grandmother'. We would prefer that the abbreviation is not used or used creatively.
1. Our brand identity should tend more towards modern than classic, but it should be timeless. Additionally, it must be gender neutral - we sell neither razors nor make-up - and it can be a little playful as long as it is respectful.
2. People sometimes contact us with horrific stories and they may find themselves in unimaginable situations, so our identity must communicate that we take them and their problems seriously.
3. We are an approachable, inclusive organisation, so luxury and extravagance are as out of the question as any air of exclusivity. Given that we operate on the intersect between the world in which people live and the world of government-systems, it is essential that our brand identity is neither decidedly geometric nor overly organic.
