Lane & Place is a Real Estate agency. We require a logo that can work across different suburbs. Main logo for the corporate brand is Lane & Place. In some executions this needs to be paired with a suburb. First suburb is St Ives. We sell residential property and want a brand image that is fresh, clean and unlike the hideous franchise branding that other real estate agents often have. The logo will be used on business cards, letterhead, property brochures, signboards, promotional items like umbrellas. Ideally we need it to be bold enough to stand out even when clients are viewing marketing materials on their smart phone but stylish enough to distinguish our boutique, contemporary brand from the competition. Ideally an icon such as a key or keyhole or house could be incorporated for use when the larger complete logo can't be used.

Love matt finish, heavy stock business card with embossed finish or spot varnish on same colour background - things that are common in PR branding and not common in Real Estate. We do need to be slightly careful that we aren't too premium or posh as we'd like agencies from all over the country to come on board with us including in regional areas. Refined, simple, contemporary, fresh rather than fancy or high-end luxury. Like black and white or charcoal and white.
