This is not a straight-forward ask as our logo will need to attract senior executives in multinationals, be sophisticated and will need to make people think (about the other perspective/seeing with fresh eyes - potentially a hidden message, using negative space).
The other perspective offers executive (team) coaching, organisation development advice and interim HR management. The other perspective will bring in a different view, will challenge the status quo and will not shy away from confrontations in order to reach a shared vision. We focus on the human/behavioural side of leadership, without losing sight of the ‘hard’ (e.g. financial) KPIs.
Our target group consists of international companies/multinationals who – in order to make a step change - are in need of a trusted advisor who will connect people, unveil the hidden quality and talent in the organisation, make the people flourish, and will improve and sustain the level of collaboration in the organisation in order to reach the business targets and make the unachievable achievable.
To do this, we will put up a mirror for the leadership team(s) so that they truly see themselves individually and as a team, realise that having real conversations is critical and understand what their conduct means for the rest of the organisation and what price they will pay, both personally and business wise, if they lack development in this area.
