Branding is one of the most important things to launching our new
company. We need a brand that will stick. The logo will dominate the
appearance of our marketing materials. We need to emphasize trust,
security, strength, as well as things like cutting edge technology,
real results, and a fresh way of doing things. A mobile phone thrown
in might help, implying that we're about being mobile-friendly - but
not a necessary piece of the logo - but perhaps thrown in on our
other marketing materials.
We're the new kid on the block and plan on causing disruptive change
within the industry. Typically self storage is a boring industry, with
zero sex appeal, and no real energy. We want to bring a personality to
the table. Something disruptive. Yet strong, classic and trustful.
Perhaps a "hand-crafted" style to it. We're quite hands-on, with
attention to detail and focused on real, tangible, measurable results.
So perhaps a skilled, hand-crafted, professional type of spirit can be
included - kind of an old-school thing.

We plan on snail-mailing out packets (a glossy folder consisting of
3-4 pages about our product(s), introducing our new company to
owners/operators. On this folder cover, we'll want a large logo -
perhaps one a little more developed (with a cell-phone jumping out of
it, among other things - and perhaps with more of a background, such
as buildings or storage units, or otherwise pointing out the idea of
"local marketing", real results, leads, new tenants, mobile devices -
a rush of new business!) We also plan on incorporating the logo and
variations of the logo on business cards, window stickers, magnets,
pens, coffee mugs, etc.
Additionally, we need a transparent (png) version of the logo for
