If you have ever purchased a frozen burrito or enchilada at a grocery store, you've probably tried one of our products! We're a contract manufacturer of packaged food based in Los Angeles, California. We make frozen and refrigerated entrees, appetizers, and grab-n-go's for other companies. Our clients are consumer packaged brands and grocery chains who outsource their food production to us. We make all kinds of ethnic foods: Mexican, Italian, Middle Eastern, Chinese. We can also make certified organic, gluten-free, non-gmo, and kosher foods.

We recently changed the name of our company from Culinary Brands to Culinary International. We are making this change to signal a new chapter in our growth as we expand our production capabilities into all types of foods from all over the world. We make a lot of ethnic food for our clients, especially Mexican food. We are hired by other retailers and brands to produce and package under their own labels. As a result, we want our re-branding to look sophisticated, organic, and contemporary. Other businesses will be interfacing with our brands, not necessarily consumers. Some of the largest brands and retailers in the world come to us to develop and produce packaged foods. Since our work with our clients is very collaborative, consultative, and creative, we want to put forth a sharp, modern brand that reinforces the nature of our work. A lot of the brands in the food world that are "business-to-business" like us are too staid and corporate. I want our new brand to exude professionalism while still being design-forward. Perhaps the text of the logo will be simple per many of the examples. Where it may be impactful to include more color would be in the logo/symbol. The symbol could be related to a food or something natural. Any culinary or food symbols should strive to look organic, fresh, and contemporary.
