Design a brand for new HR business launching in Melbourne, AUS

We are an executive search and recruitment business, based in Melbourne (Australia). Our name is TWH Advisory, and we will be launching to the market in early 2022. We help our clients to recruit for senior executive and mid-level white collar jobs e.g. CEO, CFO, HR Director, Head of Marketing, Chief Digital Officer, Financial Controller, HR Manager. TWH are the initials of our founder, who is well recognised and respected in the HR, recruitment & executive search market in Melbourne where he has worked for the last 20 years. We are creating a brand that will be primarily used for online display (online job advertising boards such as seek.com, Linkedin and our corporate website). The brand needs to be professional yet contemporary, and be easily displayed on white backgrounds (company letterhead, client reports, online banner ads). Our founder is known by his characteristic red hair, and so we would like to incorporate red in its colour palette. The clients who we recruit for tend to be conservative and professional in nature, in industries as diverse as agriculture, property development, FMCG, retail, financial services, construction, technology and waste management. We will require the winning logo to be released to us in each of the following formats: tif, eps, png, jpg. We also request the RGB colour palette to be included in the design that is released.
