G Street Ventures This logo is for a new real estate investment company based in San Francisco. The branding should be contemporary, inclusive, bright, optimistic, approachable and forward-looking. When I first started thinking through names, I liked the idea that the name would imply growth or would refer to something that is alive. I also liked the idea that there was something that grounded the name in urbanity. I also liked the idea of a name referencing something that is personal in my life. Welcome to G Street. ABOUT THE COMPANY G Street Ventures facilitates access to prosperity through the power of real estate both as a time-tested wealth-building strategy and as a transformative necessity for individuals, families and communities to thrive. What we do Our company is a real estate investment company that brings together domestic and international investors (through syndications) to invest into multifamily properties in key markets in the United States. We facilitate access to prosperity through the power of real estate both as a time-tested wealth-building tool and as a transformative investment into a fundamental necessity for individuals, families and communities to thrive. How we do it Integrity - As custodians and stewards of our client's investments and homes, the values of integrity and transparency in communication are fundamental to our work ethic. Expertise - We are professionals with proven track records to bring together the requisite expertise to perform in-depth due diligence and asset management on each investment offering. Our Target Investor Audience Our investor clients are successful, educated professionals that may or may not have invested before in real estate. The primary target will be a domestic audience from flourishing urban metros like San Francisco, New York, etc. In particular, there will be marketing towards audiences that have traditionally been left out of real estate investment despite their professional achievements and success, including women and communities of color. Finally, a strong secondary market will be high net worth international investors. Many of these international investors will not have access to the types of investments that we are offering. This will facilitate unique access. There will also be a core value in this company to help bring more professional women and professionals from ethnic minority communities, into real estate investing.

In general, I like a strong bold logo design that can stand on its own with our without the title of the company. The treatment of the text is of course still important. Also, there were some logos that just made the symbol some kind of treatment of the "G" in G Street. I like the idea of that, but it is not necessary and I am not sure that any of the ones in the contest so far were successful with that. So, I am open to both routes. One thing that I want to mention for the overall branding of the company is that I want the look and feel to convey that we are "approachable". As a contemporary real estate investment company, I do not want something that is too overbearing. Also, here's a company I like the look and feel of. It's also in finance, but I like that it has achieved something bright and contemporary while still projecting professionalism, expertise, assuredness. https://scenicadvisement.com/
