We act as Business Consultants to help companies fill gaps in their organizational structure. First of all, we assist them to create and confirm the wish list of the dream candidate for the senior position which they need to fill (upper middle management and above with salaries usually USD $120,000 ++).
This includes defining academic background, years of experience, number of people and size of budget managed, geographic markets covered, growth targets, managerial environment, family situation, industry experience, language capabilities, and personality needed to succeed in the client organization.
Then we go out into the market for that industry within the local country, across the Middle East, and internationally to identify individuals who are possibly appropriate to fill that job. Once target candidates are identified we approach them, let them know about the position, and inquire if they would be interested in pursuing a new position. If not, we inquire if they know anyone else who might be interested. We don’t advertise, but carry out a search via Linked In, Conference Rosters, Industry Professional Associations, Government Registries, News Publications, business databases, referrals, etc.
We vet the interested candidates to ensure that they are indeed appropriate and will fit within the targeted salary which the client would like to pay. Ultimately, we present to the client a "shortlist" of 3-5 candidates, any one of whom could be a strong fit for the job. Once the client has interviewed their preferred candidates, we assist in final negotiations and onboarding.
