Qi Talent Solutions provides talent acquisition consulting services to organisations looking to review, optimise, and balance their talent acquisition departments in a highly competitive and rapidly changing environment. Our key markets are Small to Medium Enterprises which are in price sensitive industries such as Mining, Energy, Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Transport, and Not For Profit. Whilst we offer services to relieve short term pain through transactional recruitment services, we prefer to partner with our clients for longer term sustainability. We achieve this by initially embedding ourselves in your organisation to better understand business drivers, culture, and objectives. Depending on your preferred approach we can then continue to work onsite or remotely.
Demographic of target audience are Senior Managers / Executives in the Human Resources / Recruitment / Marketing sectors. Mostly female audience with an increasing male stakeholder group (70/30). Age is likely to be 40+, semi corporate attire (no jackets or ties, casual Fridays)

QTS will source work through word of mouth, blogging, social media, and existing networks and business partnerships. Direct advertising would be minimal although google adwords will be utilised.
