Post-Normal Systems rejects the practices of modern fitness and health. And Post-Normal Systems does things differently than other coaching solutions / personal trainers. Our programs are very customized. We focus on helping each individual athlete find their own unique potential. We do not conform to the normal, off-the-shelf approach of writing one program and having everyone conform to it. Instead, we focus on the development of athletic skills, execution of custom race plans, operating at high levels of intensity, and optimizing training schedules to achieve maximum results while minimizing the time requirements.
We train athletes of all skill levels and work with clients to develop functional lifestyle systems to improve their health, wellness, and quality of life. “Training” could be anything from swimming, running, bike, to weight training, to preparing for an adventure race like Tough Mudder, Spartan, or Warrior Dash.
Post-Normal Systems wants to build a better you. And we also offer nutritional planning and support for individuals that need to develop a healthy, productive lifestyle.
Our target audience is: upwardly mobile individuals who already place a high importance on their health or are looking to improve their health. Triathletes are a primary focus, but not to the exclusion of other athletes in other sports. The average age of a triathlete is 40. 84% are between 18 and 49. 97% have attended college. 50% have post-graduate degrees. And the average triathlete spends $24,400 yearly on triathlon-related costs. 74% male. 73% married. 79% belong to health clubs. They average 4-6 events/races per year. They average 9 road trips per year. 97% own computers. And 100% use the Internet every day.
