Leader’s Dojo offers training, coaching and personnel development programs for leaders/managers worldwide.
Target group are (mostly young) leaders/managers around the world who work in an international business environment.
Also part of the target group are Human Resource departments of companies worldwide who want to prepare their management staff for leadership tasks.
The training- , coaching- and personnel development programs focus on personality & self-development of leaders, thus on the development of outstanding leadership personality.
As for content and objectives of the programs, interpersonal communication, team leadership and self-management/self-leadership are the main focus.
The part of our company’s name “Dojo” (Japanese for a) training room of martial arts and meditation, and b) the community of participants in the practices and exercises) expresses that the program participants find a learning environment in which they acquire leadership skills and qualities by actively/interactively applying and practicing new knowledge and behaviors in a group of like-minded people.
