We are a start-up organic ice-cream parlor in the northern German city of Bremen. “MJÖLK Eismanufaktur” stands for the hand-crafted production and sale of organic ice-cream (gelato). Our unique selling propositions are: “natural”, “high quality”, “handmade”, “fresh”, “transparent”, “regional” and “seasonal”. The word MJÖLK originates from Swedish and means “Milk”. Believing in full transparency, we produce fresh ice cream each day at our in-house, glass-enclosed kitchen – the so-called ice cream laboratory. Our special focus is on the selection of natural and regional ingredients. And you can taste this: our ice cream is free of any artificial flavor or color additives.
The characteristics of the interior design of MJÖLK Eismanufaktur should reflect those of a “craftsman”: polished screed flooring, a concrete wall, large glass windows and industrial lamps, embodying simplicity and minimalism. The look and feel of the corporate identity should follow these ideals of industrial and Scandinavian design.
The main target audience is between 20 and 55 years old, having a particular awareness of the value of healthy eating and good quality foodstuffs.
