This building we are about to start marketing is a independent supportive living building. A more mobile senior than other buildings we have. We want to make a distinct difference in our target audience. Hence a different name than Points West Living (the community thinks of that as a heavy care home and we need to differentiate it.

the new building we are adding to this site is aimed at a different audience. It is a independant supportive living building, meaning there is light care available, weekly housekeeping and a dining room. The other 2 buildings on the site are very heavy in care and we want to make a distinction between them thus putting a slight twist on the logo. The Residence at Points West needs to appeal to a younger senior who is still mobile but moving into a aging in place facility.
