We have an emphasis on providing HR advisory services to these organizations for their employed physicians, but we also work with other segments of their workforce, including staff and executives.
Our main services include: Total rewards strategy and design, strategic implementation leadership for newly designed HR programs, management support to integrate newly acquired entities (e.g., new medical groups), and strategic change management and communication services.
