In 4 weeks, the company that I started 10 years ago, Morley Real Estate Group, will be rebranding as John Morley Real Estate and joining Keller Williams at the exact same time. The reason for joining Keller Williams is because we are going to be expanding our team nationwide to a size of 100+ agents, and will be doing that through KW's network of 700 local market centers throughout the country. The reason for rebranding to John Morley Real Estate is because some home sellers look for companies to hire, and some look for agents to hire. This name covers both of those, as the agent name and company name get merged into one communication... thereby increasing (possibly doubling) the branding power. And that is exactly what my two main competitors in our market have done, and I've noticed how well it works for them. We haven't changed our branding in 10 years, as you'll clearly see at http://www.morleygroup.com. Our current colors won't work with Keller Williams' colors, so those will need to be scrapped.
