This business provides mobile/concierge physical therapy services, and sports performance training and programming. This business is going to target 12 to 50 year old patients who are trying to recover from injury to get back to sporting/recreational activities, or increase performance of sporting or recreational activity. This business provides licensed medical and sports performance services. The logo must symbolize movement. Physical Therapy and Sports performance are based around human MOVEMENT.

I’m interested in combination, pictorial, abstract and wordmark logos. I prefer more of the abstract/wordmark logo. If is is a wordmark I would like the O or I to stand out. The Logo symbol, letter O or I must be able to stand alone for clothing, and the word ORIGIN must be spelled out, and also be able to stand alone for clothing. Performance Physical Therapy must be in the logo, but in a way that it can be removed easily so the logo is just the word ORIGIN, the symbol, or both. Blues, Aqua/blue, white, greys, black are my main color choices, but I am open to other bright colors that stand out. Overall I want the logo to give a feeling of receiving intelligent, cutting edge treatment and sports performance programming, which is also a lifestyle brand that will be there for you whenever you need it. A brand that puts a patients health first and foremost by giving the client 1 on 1 attention, and providing high value care to the client/patient. Example logos are in no particular order or preference.
