Meet James. James is our ideal client. James leads a busy life with his professional career but has a passion for real estate and real estate investing. It all started several years ago when James decided to keep the house he was living in and rent it out rather than selling it. From that process, he learned that being a landlord is not for him, but the real estate bug bit him, and he hasn’t been able to stop buying properties since.
James no longer lives in the Charlotte area but likes investing here. He needs a strong team of people he can rely on to not only ensure the viability of his current investments, but who can also send him new inside deals. See, James doesn’t have the time to be cruising the MLS every day, catching up on the most recent rental regulations and ordinances or answering the phone at odd hours when something goes wrong. He wants three things: 1) the check to come in when he expects it, 2) his property to remain in the condition he bought it in or better and 3) quick, transparent communication when 1 or 2 are in jeopardy.
Our service will be unique in that the property management system/process we have will deliver predictable, proactive results time after time. We will treat our owners’ assets as if they are our own. We know our owners want to be hands-off in the process but kept in the know of what is going on with their property. In today’s world, they want to know right away.
Our investor owners want someone they can trust who understands the market and can recommend changes to the property to increase return and rent. They want information and advice related to market trends and forecasts. They want a trusted real estate team who has their back.
Our tenants want a clean, well maintained place to rent where they know they can pick up the phone and issues just seem to get taken care of without having to follow up.
