Style & Grace is a new company incorporating two lines of business, which have already pre-existed as separate lines of business for 50 years. We're a family owned and operated business(Grace being the matriarch of our family and founding owner), offering a variety of specialized services, including: dry cleaning, wash and fold and delivery services, as well as wedding gown cleaning and preservation. We're looking to incorporate all lines of business under one brand name, encompassing our years of fabricare expertise as well as our modern outlook to meet the demands of a modern world, as well as a wide variety of customers with differing needs and desires. Our target audience consists of two main groups of people: 1. Everyday clients consisting of: busy families, millennials, working professionals all of whom are looking for convenience and quality. 2. People in the wedding space/mindset, consisting of: Brides and Grooms, Mother of the Bride, recent married couples or new parents, as well as whole sale bridal salons and fashion industry partners. These clients are looking for high level of expertise, customized individual care and attention to detail, as well as convenience (secondary concern).
