We sell, create, and install digital signage for small to medium sized businesses with a retail presence. Examples would include local restaurants, small clothing stores, hardware stores, lumber yards. Large chains and national companies likely have their own in-house digital signage division, so they're not our target audience.
We need a multi-page, 8.5x11 template so we can produce training manuals. I have attached a dry run of our first one; this can be used to mock up an example, as this is how much 'space' we'll need in a typical page from those manuals. We'll need to be able to edit the text/copy and pictures, as each manual will be different. Our preferred program to do our edits is Microsoft Publisher, and we will only be distributing via AdobePDF.
While some of our manuals will go to 7 or 8 pages, as in the attached example, typically they're about 4 pages. I envision the following :
1. cover page with room for a title
2. page2 has it's own unique graphics, with room for pictures and copy
3. page 3 would have similar look as page 2, but just 'reversed' positioning of the graphics and place for text/pictures
In the attached example, you can see that I just reversed the background graphics on alternating pages.
