The target audience would be purchasers (hotel chains, businesses, organizations, individuals, caterers, wedding planners, etc). I realize this is a large audience, but right now I can't afford separate brochures for different audiences. Those companies, organizations, people looking to support Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
The target age is likely late 20s on up, male and female, middle class (those who appreciate quality and will pay for it..., these are not your typical grocery bakery products). They are likely college educated or successful entrepreneurs, patriotic and appreciative of those who have served (retired with 25 years of service) varied interests and lifestyles, well traveled, strong core values (i.e. very likely to reward friends, customers, clients, etc who have contributed to their success).
