Our target audience includes high-end furniture designers and/or purchasers who work in the hospitality industry. The age range spans from 25-65, so age wouldn't be the best aspect to use for designing this brochure. Their genders, locations, behaviours, and values will also vary greatly. Generally speaking, they are highly educated in their fields. Their interests include designing; they make art out of something as everyday as a sofa.
¿Qué idea tienes, qué estilo te gusta para tu brochure?
We would like our brochure to have a clean, polished look. It should definitely include some eye-catching features, because we have to make furniture into something exciting and intriguing. Generally, our signs at trade shows are black and white, but every year we pick a color that pops. This year it was grey and pink, last year it was aqua. If you can find a color that works with the pictures we would like to include (model rooms and furniture samples), that would be great. If not, black and white is just fine. As far as textures, shapes, and typography, feel free to be adventurous; but don't forget to keep it polished. We might be a little bit whimsical, but we are not eccentric.

Informal language and sloppiness. Also, overcrowding. I have provided many photos, but by no means should you use all of them. Please pick the ones you find most visually appealing, and the ones that, when put together, make the most cohesive brochure.
