See our Corporate Design usage guidelines, which are attached.
Basically the design should be in a more or less conservative way,
icons from the scientific world can be used.
We made a first draft of a double gate fold leaflet, which could be
used as template, but isn't obligatory. We would like to have some
nice graphics related to a global network of Open Access Repositories.
Open Access means that researchers make their research outputs freely
and publicly available in the internet through storing it in a
repository (which is basicly a server and database which stores the
publications and related metadata).
As we have a problem displaying our over 100 members in a list on the
leaflet, we would like to have a solution for this. We had the idea of
having a world map, but displayed in a honeycomb structure and only
where we have members, the honeycombs are filled with colour.
See our members worldmap at our website:
We could also imagine to fill the honeycombs with pictures of higher
education and research. We also like scrapbook designs or the idea to
have the network displayed as a metro/subway network plan.
The only thing which is part of our corporate design is the logo and
the green bars on the top and the bottom of the leaflet. Keywords for
graphics may be: network, repository, open access, interoperability,
global. Please find attached the draft of the leaflet.
