Our target customer is professional businesses that use portable, multi-purpose furniture, such as churches, schools, hotels, city recreation departments, universities, etc. We usually deal with the head of the facilities department. They will usually value not just a good price but good overall value in the product (quality).

The market is institutional furniture (BORING!). Typical advertising is straight forward, usually listing out features and benefits of the product. We want that element, but we also would like to consider new ideas and designs. Something to catch their eye, but don't go too far with it, I don't think they are ready just yet. We are new, but the colors we have used so far are a navy blue, green, teal in our logo. We aren't married to those colors. Our photography is boring but it's what we have....
