our target audience is the do-it-yourself property owner/investor from 45-65+, predominantly male, however most of them are married and the final decision maker tends to be the wife. This person is hard working and often times has a false impression of what property management means. They often think it means simply to collect rents. We would like to convey to them that there is alot that they do not know and we are the solution to their headaches. This type of person may be interested in working less on managing their properties and having a little more fun with their spouse traveling and doing other leisure activities.

we would like to incorporate our company colors and have a modern, high tech look while maintaining an easy to read look for our older audience that may have less than perfect eye sight.
ALSO we're open to the idea of playin with the '4 diamonds logo' of RTI to make it 3D or tweak it in someway to make it more modern/trendy/etc
we don't want to seem too mom and pop'ish (informal)but also not like a huge institution that is so big that a customer feels like a number. avoid too small text (like our current brochure). focus on easy to read.
