Indium Properties is developing a small land subdivision of 31 house and land packages in the central Queensland town of Gladstone. Gladstone QLD is one of Australia's major industrial centres with over $70 billion in mining and mining related development.
The target market for our house and land packages are predominantly property investors. They are usually over 30 years in age and are seeking property in an area with low vacancy rates and good rental returns. They usually own or are buying their own home and can be based anywhere in Australia. They also usually have an understanding of investment in mining towns.
Our secondary target audience are people who provide services to property investors such as real estate agents, buyers agents, financial advisors, lawyers, superanuation funds etc.
¿Qué idea tienes, qué estilo te gusta para tu brochure?
The brochure is to be in line with the look and feel of the Indium website (http://www.indium.com.au). As this is a sales document for real estate it should have convey a sense of trust worthiness and engender a desire to buy in the reader. The colours used should complement the blues used in the Indium logo. Additional imagery over and above that what has been provided can be used but needs to be relevant. The only images that need to be used are the houses and the company logo.
