Printed version: we want one leaflet back and front sized A3 which makes two A4 pages front and two A4 pages back.
Email version: we want the four A4 pages separately. They will be listed in a vertical arrangement.
All validated content is finished on our side and it is available in the “contents/Content-FR.pdf” file and “contents/Content-EN.pdf” file. We provide both languages for your understanding but we need the leaflet in the FRENCH VERSION.
We divided the content on the four pages, you are free to suggest different kind of content organization on each page.
Front page of leaflet:
Logo : use the white logo (see the “logos” repository in the attached .zip archive). You can see other formats of our logo in our website: http://www.tactisens.com. Ask us for them if needed.
A few guidelines :
Content must always be lisible and the page layout must be easy to read.
Respect a global visual consistency and unity.
The global design should be a little classy, but maybe a little playful touch is possible (e.g. could be using icons or pictograms).
Respect information hierarchy provided in the two content files.
Use classical images (full) and background images (with transparency) (see just as an example “visuals/suggestions/transparency01.jpg” and “visuals/suggestions/transparency02.jpg”).
We attached some visuals in the “visuals/forUse/” repository. Please include them in the design even if we will be able to change them for better quality ones afterwards. It is not necessary to include all of them.
About our pictures of the room for events and the reception areas: as they are not so good, maybe the designer can use them in a small size but organized together to keep a unity (see just as example the file “example page with small pictures reception area.pdf”. Be free also to edit them if needed.
3 different suggested color tone top : dark (black/brown) / white / orange (#ff4909 Adobe ref.) + images (the designer is allowed to suggest an extra color if needed). Don’t overuse the orange color.
Avoid the kind of layout seen in the file “avoid/tactisens-design-too-busy.pdf” : too busy, content hard to read and understand, lack of unity...
Avoid Escape Room “cliché” (locks pictograms, mazes, etc.)
Suggested leaflets we find interesting in the following files (even if we want something better): “examples-leaflets/escapehunt.pdf” and “examples-leaflets/victory.pdf”.
