We craft traditional sash windows in London's conservation areas. Our speciality is making windows that are as elegant as those made over 100 years ago but with new features to keep your home warm, secure, quiet, reduce maintenance and increase the value of your home. As a family business, we've been working in the Greater London area for over 18 years and have developed a reputation for quality windows. Our Clients: Affluent homeowners in the South West London areas. Aged between 30-65, either sex and typically in the lower-upper class who have either moved to the area or have decided to have some renovation work done after many years of being in their homes. We also have a segment of upper-class clients who typically contact us through an architect or a contractor. Over the years we have noticed our clients can be put into 3 personality categories; 1) Assertive - Time is money. This client wants information they're after quickly and wants to know that they can trust you to deal with everything because they don't have the time. They're happy to pay the premium price because our company is well established (over 18 years of trading), has a high reputation in the area for quality and our service is excellent. 2) Analytical - This client doesn't like to be pressured. This client takes their time, goes over all the information carefully, weighs up the pros and cons before making a decision. This client loves data, graphs, to know the ins and outs of why our product and service is better than others. They want to know about all the different products we offer that can make their life easier and more comfortable. 3) Accommodator - This customer will only buy if they like us. They care about what their friends and family think of us. The more social proof we have in the form of reviews if any of their neighbours have used our company and lifestyle pictures the more likely they are to purchase. They want to know that we're a local family business and they want to see the people in the business. The age, location, education, interests, lifestyle of our customers are the same but their values are different. This brochure should have; - Skimmable information and pictures to build trust for the assertives. - Data, information, graphs and product information for the analytical clients. - Social proof, lifestyle photos, information on where else we've done work, information on our brand and the story of the people working here.

We're looking for 6 pages; Page 1: Cover Page 2: About Us and Our Brand Page 3: Introduction to Sash Windows Page 4: Our unique selling points Page 5: Technical Specifications & Information Page 6: Technical Specifications & Information We're looking for a designer that presents our business and information in a luxurious but engaging way. The winner will go on to design another 4-5 brochures for our other products and services.
