A35-54 HHI $200K+ but more of a psychographic
Modern | luxury home buyers and sellers.
Our brand will attract those who tend to be more high tech and like clean, simple lines and wish to live the good life in Austin, Texas.
Our brand is a luxury brand. So, it can either be as aspirational brand for Austinites who desire this lifestyle but aren't quite there yet OR for those who truly do qualify under the 'luxury' label but distinguish themselves from the stuffy, showy, old Austin identity
Our clientele likely work at Apple, Google, or HomeAway -- or, at WeWork, as up and coming entrepreneurs. And, of course -- the uber successful high-tech entrepreneurs/business owners who truly represent the vibe of Austin.
¿Qué idea tienes, qué estilo te gusta para tu brochure?
Yes, please see our website here: http://www.goodlife.luxury as this is a great example of the modern, luxury lifestyle we want to portray. Additionally, here is a back issue of a historical ezine that our sister company produced. It is text heavy and our modern | luxury brand will have more images + less text IOW, we wish it to be "image heavy" in all sections.
