Purchasers and engineers at engineering, manufacturing, industrial, and commercial companies worldwide. Primary markets are medical, lab instrumentation, military, space, aerospace, and commercial projects. Most of the points-of-contact at these companies are middle-aged men with engineering/business backgrounds who are highly interested in data, tables, graphs, drawings, etc. While most of our big customers are located in the US, and most of our hard-copy brochure coverage would be local, we also do have customers overseas in every region of the globe.
¿Qué idea tienes, qué estilo te gusta para tu brochure?
We would lean towards using whites, greys and our logo colors (dark navy blue and red). Textures and shapes could also be inspired by our logo, and photography and typography might be best expressed by viewing our website design (http://www.flightworksinc.com). A lot of smooth gradients, shiny and reflective designs (like polished metal), with highlights and glossiness. The imagery can be seen and pulled from our website, while any illustration that may be desired would be indicative of engineering/industrial drawings with dimensions, callouts, etc. Fonts should be clean, simple, sans, more technical than pretty.

Getting too frilly with design such that it distracts from the data. Not having enough data or content (this will be more on our end in filling the design you provide), or having too much content so that it looks messy. Focusing too much on the aerospace side (as our name indicates) at the expense of the more lucrative markets of medical and commercial. We want the overall design to be conducive to a clean organized presentation of a good amount of data.
