 Swisstrade want SS to appeal to buyer who are Hotel Managers/ Executives or Owner/ Housekeepers of the hotel – they strive to improve guest satisfaction with meaningful touch points when people stay while being environmentally conscious  The end user is the hotel guest, who will wear the slippers - These people are also becoming more conscious of staying with or returning to hotels that operate in a sustainable way – they have the voice to amplify brands they love through tripadvisor and share stories and photos of hotels on other social media channels  Hotel guest should see our brand as cool and desirable, this is not the hidden slipper – it will be on show as a storytelling opportunity
