Defense Contractor Looking for a New Business Card, Part of New Branding

We need a balance between a modern and professional style. Our branding styleguide is attached for specific color codes. We've also attached examples of cards we like; each image is saved with a title that describes what we like about the card. We would like icons for the "phone, mobile, fax" etc. titles. We would like to incorporate raised ink somewhere on the card to help showcase dimension and add a richness to the card. (Printing guidelines: http://www.morningprint.com/finishing/finishing2.php) We'll most likely be using a heavy-weight 16pt paper. It's OK to use our branded "star" separate from the rest of the logo, as long as one complete logo is also represented. The star must not be changed except for in size. DO NOT USE OUR WEBSITE for inspiration - it is being completely re-done at this time. Our Facebook page offers better graphic styling for our new branding initiative.
