DFW House Goblins needs a new button or icon

Fun design needed!

We are a real estate investing company. We do 2 things:

1) We pay people a referral fee when they send house leads to us.
2) We help distressed homeowners who are having trouble with their mortgage and want to avoid foreclosure.

I am looking for a friendly goblin with a house in one hand and money in the other hand. The goblin should be green and the background should be transparent so I can place on different colored backgrounds.

The image must not look creepy. I looked online to find examples, but they're all kinda mean or weird looking. I've attached a couple as examples. The green one that looks like a big blob is probably the best one and the friendliest looking. It's file name is: best-goblin.png

This is for an icon, but the final image should be a large size so I can alter and place on print advertising as well as Facebook pages, etc, without compromising the clarity of the image.
