Pimped Version of existing Mac Icon

I'm looking for a talented designer familiar with excellent Mac dock icons to create a pimped version of my current icon of "Cal-Culator - xRay your Calendar" for the Mac App Store.

The basic idea of the icon is a xRay image of the iCal icon. Have a look on the attached file. Pimp it up, please!

The calendar should show the date "Jan 10", that's the date I created Cal-Culator.

The xRay style should contain some "patient info" as in the attached file:
Name: Cal-Culator
Age: v1.0
Date: any date you created that file
Examiner: Jan Winter, http://www.wiApps.de

The icon will appear in the Mac dock in a size between 24x24 and 128x128. Keep this in mind when designing the icon.
