Invitation for Night of Gold Charity Event

ASK Childhood Cancer Foundation (https://www.askccf.org) is a local nonprofit dedicated to making life better for children with cancer in Central VA. Our target audience for project pieces is to our donor community and general public, seeking to engage their support and participation in events.

We're looking for a digital invitation that can be shared in an email or as a pdf. Can be designed in Canva or Adobe (photoshop, preferred). Size should be 5x7 (1500x2100) or 6x8 (1800x2400). The invitation is for an event called Night of Gold. Gold is the color for childhood cancer awareness. We are asking our donor community to show their support by stepping up to host a Night of Gold party - whether it's a formal dinner party or a backyard cookout or a virtual party. It's up to the host to decide on the format. Hosts will invite neighbors, friends and family to attend. The invitation will be personalized for each host to use and to share with their guests. We will need update address & RSVP info. We will provide the live stream program, games and raffles that bring everyone together, and to educate guests on how they can lend a hand to help make life better for kids with cancer. Our branding/vibe is positive, upbeat. It's about how we can help as our families face the unimaginable task of caring for a child with cancer. The communication is going to adults and is not to be designed for kids (i.e. no kiddie fonts). Invitation is inviting, encouraging, and shows community, togetherness. We prefer modern, clean, not cluttered. We often use Gilroy and Bluberry fonts. Please see our website askccf.org or gogoldva.org. We envision our ASK navy blue or black being utilized. Gold should be incorporated in some way. Ideas MAY include (not required!): gold foil lettering, glitter border, gold font, gold hand, illustrated home(s) glowing gold, etc. Please do not use all of the ideas as that would be too much. :) We don't want this to be generic - it should feel like ASK, which will be achieved using our brand colors and where possible, our ASK hand. It should reflect the feel of the event. The ASK logo must be included. The inspiration attached comes from similar charity events. Mainly from social media posts and/or websites. We are looking for designs ASAP. We may procure the selected designer for additional follow-up work to assist with other event assets.
