Wedding invites, wine labels, thank you cards, place setting cards.
We don't have a style in mind but want something that reflects the location, the wild, natural setting, but is still classy. We don't like cartoons, overly girly designs, and even though Harald is Dutch we don't want to play to that in the design. We will favour designs that are going to be easier/cheaper to print, however we are open to different sizes, shapes etc.
Colours are not fixed yet but it will be white, green (native bush), and possibly cream or another subtle colour (we will fit the colour scheme to your design if it works).
Feel free to incorporate NZ birds like the fantail, tui, weka or pukeko in the design. Native plants to use would include pungas, ferns, toi toi and flax (harakeke).
Harald Heimensen and Bridgit Sepie are getting married on the 4th of February 2017 in Westport, New Zealand.
We want people to RSVP to email@example.com or through the wedding invite which we are setting up (address will be supplied to successful designer).
We are open to suggestions about the wording but are happy to keep it to minimal words.
We are looking for 2 matching wine labels - the same design but different type of wine. These will be printed on stickers to be put on home made wine. The first is Cranberry Wine, the second is Feijoa Wine. (Feijoas are a New Zealand fruit, the wine will be the same colour as normal white wine). The wine is made by Bridgit's father who is a bit of a hippy in Westport. He doesn't like white but there will be a lot of white at the wedding so feel free to use it or not. Bottles will be a mix of colours and shapes. Wording needs to include the type of wine, mention of Bridgit and Harald, the wedding date, and that it was made by John Sepie of Utopia.
Thank you cards
A message on the front that says "Dank je wel" (thank you in Dutch) and something like "thanks for making the journey". Open to suggestion on this. We will hand write the back/inside of the cards.
Place setting cards
We will hand write the names but would like a border to write within or a design in one corner. Just something to tie the cards to the invites and the wine labels.
