X-Mas card with Santa's new production facilities

We are a legal translation agency - this X-mas card will be sent to our clients, former employees, etc.

We would like a X-Mas Card! We are a legal translation company and our X-mas cards always imply that we are working for Santa. This year, the tag line inside the card will say “translating Santa’s real estate development contracts since 2007”. So on the card, we would like to see Santa planning new facilities (Santa standing next to a miniature model) or only see the facilities themselves, on a map (without Santa looking at them). The facilities would comprehend: a pine forest, a toy factory, a reindeer runway (where we can see reindeers taking off), an admin building, a legal & compliance building (very big building), a pay-roll building (really small building), a packing and shipping department (with e.g. a conveyer belt carrying toys, which are then loaded into a big Santa-bag), a workers’ canteen (with a line of elves waiting to enter the building). Any further ideas welcome.
