Design a happy cloud-man mascot called Mr Smith

We provide DevOps software (as a service) and Cloud consultancy. Our first product is Cloudsmith Package - enterprise-grade package management for software dependencies and artefacts. See https://cloudsmith.io for more details.

I would like a really cool looking "Cloud Man" that we have called "Mr. Smith". His job is to know all about Cloudsmith and its services and be helpful to the user. He should have a smiling face, arms and hands that can do a thumbs up and point. He should be able to support wearing a tie (for use when he is representing a business persona) and maybe glasses (for nerdier usage), or shades or even a builder hat or university cap. He should be bald (no "hair").

Variations required:
- Natural (no added artefacts) - pointing and thumbs up variants.
- With Tie
- With Glasses
- With University Cap

Not sure about legs... or if he should just "pop out" of a background (as seen in the example attached image).

We would like to see some expression variations too e.g. Happy, pondering etc.

Basically we’d like the attached image “smith.png” “converted” into something we can use on a website. There is a difficult balance on making a cloud-man look good - which is why we are on 99 designs!

Mr Smith should be designed in a very simple, solid style, without 3D-effects or anything like that (I think). If you feel that "Mr Smith" could be better suited with something beyond my brief please try it. It should be attracting a wide audience, so please take care that it does not mainly appeal to kids. It has to look better than clipart.

Main Color: White / Grey where appropriate

Application: Mascot for website mainly. Also for stickers, postcards etc.
