Design a Otter King preparing for a shave!

Noble Otter is a soap company with a focus on men's shaving products. We produce shaving soaps/creams for our customers who enjoy classic wetshaving products.

We want to bring our main Otter to life for a T-shirt designed illustration. Our Otter is a King. His stance will be standing with one arm raised in the air holding a straight razor as if it was a sword. He is wearing armor along with a royal mantle that is much too large for his small frame. He should be very short. You can make the view from any point. It does not have to be a side profile. You also don't need to copy our otter, you can do your own style. The illustration should be colored.
