As follows from the full description in the attached briefing, this contest is for the creation of our character or mascot "Bola Oto", which will stamp all product communication in the tobacco market and its derivatives.
"Bola Oto" comes from the slang of cannabis users for "Bola Outro", which in portuguese means "wrap/roll one more". Also in portuguese, "Bola Oto" looks like (sounds like) the "eight ball" of the pool game.
WHO IS "BOLA OTO"
Hipster, 420 cannabis culture, millennium generation, hyperconnected, self-centered, materialistic and consumerist.

sporting activities or with civic or religious celebrations; and
IX. lead to erroneous conclusions as to the characteristics
and composition of the product and the health risks
inherent in its use."
Thus, the character "Bola Oto" should not be linked to the practice of sports, wellness, health or virility.
