Conveyancing Direct is an online brand which provides efficient property Conveyancing services to residential homebuyers and sellers. Our service provides the required legal administration in order to buy or sell a property. Our point of difference is offering great value for money and a prompt, efficient service. In light of a new partnership, we're now taking a very entrepreneurial and creative approach to building this brand. Traditionally this market can be very conservative and brands can be quite dry and un-exciting. We want to change the status quo on this and create a fresh, modern and accessible brand for everyday consumers looking for great service and outstanding value for money. Because we live in the online space, our brand needs to be brought up to date and perceived as fresh, modern, trusted and professional. We need to appeal to the price-conscious consumer in a busy marketplace. A fresh looking website with easy navigation and clear message is critical for our success. As a team, we're very people-focused, with a strong committment to customer service and satisfaction. So, even though our customers may be saving money, they'll never get a sub-standard service. We're efficient and we're great at communicating, which our customers love. It's a common assumption that lawyers are slow to update you or don't keep everyone informed - we do the opposite of that!
We are an Australian business based in Queensland but we need to appeal to online customers across Australia. Our customer segments are split into two groups - Business2Consumer and Business2Business. Our B2C customer segment includes homebuyers and sellers of residential property. These might be first-time buyers or seasoned investors, so we need to appeal to both equally. They look for value, so value for money has to be clear from everything we do. However, we want to communicate value for money, and not 'cheap'. We need to ensure a level of quality is maintained through all branding. To gain customer confidence, we need to communicate that the customer will be looked after, we're professional but approachable. Credibility is vital when addressing the value-driven market. Our B2B segment are represented by Real Estate Agents, who act as referrers of our services to their clients (the Customer). Agents need to be sure that anyone they refer are credible, trusted, profesional and aren't going to let their client down. They need to know that we are there when the Agent needs us, as well as their Client. Communication and reliability are critical to communicate to an Agent to gain their trust. For both segments, it is important we represent fresh, new and a bit different, to gain a new placement in their consideration set in a compettiive marketplace.
We need a user-friendly Wordpress theme; clear and attractive with a distinct personality that a) informs both customer and Agent, b) educates them on why we are different, features and benefits and c) generates leads. The site should be easy to navigate. We don't need lots of content as we aim to make the process simple and do not want to over complicate. However, we'll need a blog component to the site to avoid being static. The homepage must be visual with strong calls to action. Many people want to make a quick and sure decision from the homepage without drilling down further. It's not a service many people enjoy researching; it is often seen as neccessary admin of buying/selling a property. However, support info needs to be available for reassurance. The sub-level page should be content focused with areas to include calls to action. The Customer should be prompted to: 1. Request a quote or contact us for a consultation/quote. 2. Become a part of our community through social media channels; Twitter, Facebook. 3. Subscribe to newsletter B2B segment: Agents need to visit site that accurately represents us, our services and point of difference to give them the confidence they need to refer us to their Clients (our Customers).
