Your Responsibility to Know These Key Answers
Each team member is responsible for knowing these concise, clear, and to the point answers to the key questions about our business. Our answers must be 100% consistent across the entire team and in every situation.
If you’re at a party, talking about your job and someone asks what you do: “We provide IT Services and Cloud Solutions to small and medium sized businesses.”
If you’re meeting a new client for the first time, and she asks, what does your company do? You answer: “We provide IT Services and Cloud Solutions for small companies.”
It’s ok to modify, slightly, the answer – but, it has to mean the same thing every time and every way you say it. Notice how there’s no chance to misunderstand, and no mention of geeks or gurus or specialists or techno babble?
Many times, you’re not going to have an opportunity to say much more than that. So having the perfect answer gives us an edge.
The message has to be ingrained into your subconscious! If anyone asks, “What do we do?” always answer: “We provide IT Services and Cloud Solutions.”
Or, “DNG provide IT Services and Cloud Solutions for small companies.”
Or, “We provide IT Services and Cloud Solutions for small and medium sized companies.”
