The focus of our activities is the professional sale of properties of all investment classes (nursing, investment, monument, micro/student, vacation) in part ownership. We offer private individuals, real estate agents and property developers the opportunity to offer investment properties for sale via our marketplace. Here we offer a transparent sales process and secure seller protection. Target Audiance: Our offer is aimed primarily at people in the 45+ age bracket from the upper-income bracket, who are looking for a good investment.

Nursing homes 2. Assisted living 3. Assisted living PLUS 4. Investment property 5. Listed properties or monument properties 6. Vacation real estate 7. Micro / Student 8. Global real estate Explanation of the asset classes 1. Nursing homes Nursing home property is understood to be apartments located in old people's residential and nursing homes, rooms with attached nursing care or in mixed dormitories (assisted living). The interested private investor can invest in one or more such care properties and use them as an investment by benefiting from the rental yield. 2. Assisted living Assisted living is a service profile for older people who live in an open-access apartment and residential complex that offers basic services or general care services with optional further care services. It supports independent, self-determined living and housekeeping and the integration into social structures of both the house community and the locality. 3. Assisted living PLUS The "Assisted Living PLUS" offers an extended service. The icon for assisted living can be supplemented with a "+" sign. 4. Investment property An investment property is a property acquired by an investor to build up and increase his portfolio. He rents the house to third parties but does not live in it himself. 5. Listed properties or monument properties Listed or monument properties are historic buildings deemed to be worth preserving according to the guidelines of the monuments authority, where restoration is particularly worthwhile. This includes buildings from all eras as well as special living concepts that represent a cultural asset because of historical circumstances. 6. Vacation real estate The buyer purchases a holiday home or apartment in a holiday region. An on-site rental office takes care of the administration. The possibility of own use makes holiday properties a popular capital investment. 7. Micro / Student These are small, affordable and high-quality furnished accommodation units for 1-2 people. 8.
