My company helps confused and overwhelmed "quarter-lifers" (aka, young professionals) define and find work they truly love, so that they can live aligned with their unique genius and make their maximum impact on the world. We currently accomplish this through professional speaking, one-on-one coaching, group coaching, online programs, and books. The key methodology is a trademarked process called "The Nth Degree", which is a proprietary process for defining and finding your calling in the workplace.
¿Qué te inspira y qué diseño imaginas para tu empresa?
The key to our coaching methodology is a proprietary process called "The Nth Degree." It's both a play on words (degree being something you would normally get in school) and an allusion to a person's limitless potential (aka, taking someone/thing to "the nth degree"). This process has 5 steps: Now, Nature, Nurture, Network, and Navigate. I worked with a branding designer who specializes in what she calls "contextual models." These models help us create visual representations of things that are usually written ideas or processes (think like the Food Pyramid or Maslow's hierarchy of needs). She and I created a "contextual model" of the Nth Degree so that people could understand it visually as well as conceptually. I've attached a graphic that was created by a designer on fiverr.com for about $10. I have a video of us explaining it, as well (please ask for this, as I was not allowed to attach video). The design, in my opinion, is very juvenile and basic, so I'm hoping for a design that brings this up a few notches. I would like the model to include the brand colors I've attached. I would also like for it to follow the "evolutionary" model/design that is outlined in the video. HOWEVER, please feel free to take creative license wherever it makes sense, despite those 2 requirements. The audience is 25-35-year-old professionals, but this will also be used in a corporate/professional setting at times as well, so hopefully, that helps with context. I'm very much looking forward to what you can create!
Please see the attachments for examples and brand colors. Thanks! I also have a video of the description of the model, but it doesn't seem like I can attach that here. Please ask for it, and I'll send it however possible.
