Design Instagram ads for one of the most anticipated books of Spring '17

I'm a self-employed writer

I'm an author, and my first book (a memoir), is coming out in a few weeks. I'm here because I'd like to commission 4 Instagram ads.

Ultimately I am going to commission a total of 4 advertisements from one designer—below I've included a file with an image and a line of text for each ad. I've also included a picture of my book jacket, for reference.

***For the purposes of this contest, please focus only on the ad with Myspace Tom (that's the 3rd ad, where the copy reads "For those of us who were friends with this guy.") Once I've selected a designer, we can work on the other ads.***

I think that a hand-drawn, illustrated style would work best for these advertisements. The images are from the 1990s and 1980s, so it's very hard to find high-resolution stuff that's laid out well (plus I need to avoid copyright trouble). I also think that the illustrated style might "pop" on Instagram. I am, however, open to other stylistic ideas!

Please have experience designing for Instagram, and know its general rules (like only 20% of the space can include text).

Also, the more experience you have, the more open I am to hearing your own ideas!

Also please let me know what you would charge for the creation of the other 3 ads.
